Delivery & Pick-Up Information

Stacy Furniture & Design would like to thank you for choosing us for your home furnishing needs. We know you have many choices when shopping for furniture, and we’re committed to making your experience outstanding from start to finish. Below are our delivery and customer pick-up policies to help you prepare for your order.

Delivery Services

Our delivery team is dedicated to providing prompt, professional service for every customer.

What to Expect

  • Delivery Window Notification:
    You will receive a phone call two (2) days before your delivery date with a three-hour delivery window.

  • No Time Requests:
    Due to our delivery volume, we are unable to accept specific time requests.

  • Courtesy Call Options:
    At your request, our drivers can call you:

    • When they are on their way

    • Or up to one (1) hour before arrival, as the schedule allows

  • Redelivery Fee:
    If our team arrives and no one is home to receive the merchandise, a $50 redelivery fee will apply.

Customer Pick-Up

For customers who prefer to pick up their furniture, we offer convenient pickup at our Distribution Center in Flower Mound.

Before You Arrive

  • Payment Requirements:
    All merchandise must be fully paid for at a store location in Grapevine or Allen before pickup.
    (Payments cannot be accepted at the Customer Pick-Up location.)

  • Assembly Requests:
    If you would like your furniture assembled, please call us at least one (1) hour before pickup.

What to Bring

Customers must bring:

  • Extra padding

  • Tie-downs or straps

Stacy Furniture & Design does not provide these items and is not responsible for any damage to your furniture or vehicle once it has left our dock.
